Returns Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return items. Goods must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if items are damaged, incorrect, or missing.
If no notification is received within this timeframe, the cost of any rectification or replacement will be borne by the purchaser.
Custom-made or specially ordered gates are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. Proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
For split or staggered deliveries, the 30-day return period starts from the delivery date of each individual item.
If your order is delivered in parts, each item will have its own return window based on when it arrives.
Exclusions
No refunds on customised or bespoke products, including sliding gates, custom colours, sizes, or factory-fitted locks.
Return Fees for Non-Fault Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items in resalable condition, with original packaging and all components.
Collection and handling fees apply:

Accessories and all automation or electrical components: 20% restocking fee; return courier charges apply
Items returned damaged, incomplete, or without packaging may incur additional charges, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Products must be returned in original undamaged packaging.
Refunds
Once returned items are inspected, you will be notified of refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Carriage fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is our error.
We collect returns using our own transport.
Damaged or Defective Goods, Missing Items
Report damage, defects or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos to info@onlinesecuritygates.co.uk.
We will arrange replacement or refund.
Notification must be prior to installation; we accept no liability after installation.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within confirmed timescales but cannot guarantee due to factors beyond our control.
Delivery is to the building threshold only.
Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses.
We reserve the right to decline orders where delivery cannot be arranged or agreed at reasonable cost.
