The OSG 130 Automatic Mesh with 80mm box section. A durable mid-sized power-operated sliding gate, offering enhanced strength and coverage for wider entrances. With a secure mesh panel infill, it is a reliable and convenient solution for industrial and commercial properties such as schools, nurseries, shopping centres, hospitals, and more. Designed for smooth, ground-free operation, it ensures long-lasting performance with minimal upkeep costs.
• Tailored to individual needs with broad range of opening from 6,000-9,000 (mm) in width and height range 1,000-2,150 (mm).
• Mesh Included with Customisable Sizes – The product features an 868 twin mesh panel infill, customisable in widths (raging from 3.5m to 7.5m; heights from 1m to 2.15m).
• Heavy-Duty Cantilever Design – Corrosion resistant gate designed for closing entrances with a clear opening width up to 9 m. The leaf is seated on a 130 x 115 mm ground track and moves on carriages mounted to anchors, eliminating ground track obstructions; featuring double lock post with a catcher (100x100 mm), back frame for balancing the leaf when open.
• Power-Operated Gate – Equipped with a drive integrated within the post, secured with a cover. Also available with an external drive option.

Longevity & Protection

Longevity- All system elements are rust-protected with top anticorrosive coating achieved by galvanising and powder painting. It is hot dip galvanising of a chemically cleaned construction that provides up to 10 years of rust protection.
Duplex System(Double Protection) - Combined galvanised and varnish coatings in the DUPLEX system make these products last considerably longer. In all weather conditions our products will look attractive. RAL colour palette application makes a selection of polyester coating colour easy.
