Trackless Bi-Folding Speed Gates have been designed where opening space is a limited. Benefits continue in this product, as the area they use to open is approx 40% less due to the leaves folding into themselves. A “goto” choice for busy sites exits and entrances due to their speed. Bi-Folding gates typically open at more than twice the speed of traditional swinging gates of the same size. They operate in such a way that ensures a fast throughput of traffic whilst maintaining sites security. We manufacture these gates to seamlessly form part of the existing perimeter fence Line. A wide range of Infills can be made to fit the leaves so flexibility in design is also and added benefit. Another benefit is that the gates are fully assembled and cut the time down needed to close the entrance/exit. Our Bi-Folding Gates comply with BS/EN 12453 (ALL automated gates must comply with the current legislation). We fit as standard a number of safety devices, including dual height photocells (active on open and closing) and category 3 safety edges to protect users from harm. All our automated range runs of an intelligent Feig Control Panel. It allows the gates to run safely and smoothly whilst being reliable. The advantages are unsurpassed as complicated airlock systems are now not just a “specialist” costly phase of works.

This heavy-duty gate system is engineered for 100% duty cycle, making it ideal for continuous industrial use in both indoor and outdoor environments. With a gate speed ranging from 3 to 8 seconds—depending on size, infill, and other design factors—it delivers reliable performance without compromising on safety or efficiency.
The gate is powered by a single-phase 240V, 50Hz, 10 Amp supply and is fully CE and TUV approved, ensuring compliance with high safety and quality standards.
Constructed from robust steel, including the gate leaf and main tower, all components are either galvanised or zinc-plated for enhanced durability.
The unit weight is approximately 595kg, subject to gate size and infill type. Gates can be manufactured to span up to 10 metres in clear drive-through width, with height options up to 2.4 metres for the 10m span, or up to 3.0 metres for spans up to 6m.
All gates are bespoke and made to order, available in the full range of RAL colours, with optional costs for non-standard RAL selections.
